Return Eligibility
You can return items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition: unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging and accessories included.

Laifen 2-Year Guarantee
2 Lazy provides a 2-year guarantee for your Laifen hair dryer. Within 2 years from the date of purchase, if your hair dryer cannot work due to defects in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it for you.
Situations Not Covered:
- Warranty period is expired.
- The hair dryer has been modified, altered, or repaired unofficially.
- Using the hair dryer for other purposes rather than drying hair.
- Damage caused by misuse or accident.
- Damage caused by excessive usage considered as normal wear and tear (over 2 hours use a day).
Attention:
- This appliance is for household use only and not for business purposes.
- Using this appliance for professional or commercial purposes, or outside of ‘normal use’ will invalidate the guarantee.
- Outside of ‘normal use’ means more than two hours per day.
