Mystery Box Support Policy

The 2 Lazy Mystery Box is a surprise-based product. Each box is curated around a selected theme and value level, but the exact items inside may vary. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Mystery Box Nature

By purchasing a Mystery Box, you understand and agree that the product is sold as a surprise selection. The exact contents are not shown before purchase.

• Items may vary between boxes.
• Product colours, models, and combinations may vary.
• Images and examples are for illustration only.
• We do not guarantee a specific product, brand, colour, or model unless clearly stated on the product page.

2. No Change-of-Mind Returns

Due to the surprise and curated nature of Mystery Box products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, including but not limited to:

• You do not like the items received.
• You expected a different product, colour, model, or brand.
• You already own a similar item.
• You selected the wrong box, theme, or level.
• You changed your mind after the order was shipped.

3. Order Changes and Cancellations

Mystery Box orders may be packed quickly. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@2lazy.com.au.

We can only cancel or update your order if it has not yet been packed, processed, or shipped. Once your order has been packed or shipped, we cannot cancel or change it.

4. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your Mystery Box arrives damaged, contains a faulty item, or includes an incorrect item due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos or videos of the issue
• A short description of the problem
• Photos of the packaging if the parcel arrived damaged

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a suitable remedy such as replacement, repair, store credit, or refund where required by Australian Consumer Law.

5. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major problem, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund. If the problem is minor, we may provide a repair, replacement, or other appropriate solution.

6. Return Shipping

For approved returns relating to faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will provide instructions after reviewing your case. Please do not send any item back before receiving approval from our support team.

For non-faulty products or change-of-mind requests, return shipping and refunds are not available for Mystery Box products once shipped.
