⚖️ 2-Lazy Coins Rewards — Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 10 November 2025

1. Overview

The 2-Lazy Coins Rewards program (“Program”) is operated by 2-Lazy Tech to reward customers for eligible purchases and brand engagement. By participating, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Enrollment

• Open to individuals aged 16+ with a valid account at 2lazy.com.au.
• One account per person; misuse or fraud may result in suspension or termination.

3. Earning 2-Lazy Coins

• Shopping: Earn 1.5 Coins for every A$1 spent (excluding tax, shipping, and gift cards).
• New account: 100 Coins bonus once per customer.
• Reviews (via Loox): Text-only 10 Coins, Text+Photo 50 Coins, Text+Video 100 Coins.
• Social share: Sharing approved brand content earns 30 Coins.

Coins become active about 5 days after order fulfillment. Cancelled or returned orders may reduce Coin balance.

4. Redemption

Coins can be redeemed for discounts on regular-priced items at 2lazy.com.au. Example: 100 Coins = A$5 OFF, 200 = A$10 OFF, 300 = A$20 OFF, 500 = A$40 OFF, etc.

• Each redemption capped at 20% of order total.
• Cannot combine with other codes (except free shipping).
• Coins have no cash value and are non-transferable.

5. Exclusions

• Bundles and discounted items (25–45% OFF) are excluded.
• Taxes, shipping, and gift cards are non-redeemable and do not earn Coins.

6. Expiry

Coins expire 12 months after being earned if unused. Expired Coins cannot be reinstated.

7. Returns & Adjustments

• Refunded or cancelled orders revoke earned Coins.
• We may correct balances for errors or misuse.

8. Membership Tiers (Coming Soon)

• Silver: 500 Coins or A$500 spend.
• Gold: 1000 Coins or A$1000 spend.
• Members gain access to exclusive perks and higher earn rates.

9. Rewards Catalog (Future Phase)

Gift redemptions depend on stock and may change anytime. All redemptions are final.

10. Changes & Termination

We may modify, suspend, or end the Program at any time. Updates will be announced on our website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
