Baseus advertises 20 minutes of sunlight for daily operation and up to 150 days of battery life under laboratory conditions. Actual charging and runtime vary with sunlight, weather, activity and settings. Solar power claims do not establish support for 24/7 continuous recording.

Can the two cameras look in different directions?
Yes. The lenses are independently controlled through the Baseus Security app, so you can focus on two different areas visible from the mounting point.
Does 300° mean it sees the whole area at once?
No. The 300° figure describes maximum dynamic coverage as the cameras pan. It is not a single simultaneous 300° image. Your installation position and any obstructions affect usable coverage.
What is the difference between tracking and patrol?
Cross-camera AI tracking helps follow a moving subject between camera views. Timed Auto Patrol scans at preset intervals. Dual independent control lets you set different areas of interest for the two cameras.
Do I need a subscription or a memory card?
A cloud subscription is not required for local recording. You will need a compatible microSD card to save footage locally. Cards up to 512GB are supported; the card is sold separately.
Will solar charging mean I never need to recharge it?
Not in every installation. Solar charging depends on the available sunlight and how much power the camera uses. Shaded positions, poor weather or frequent activity can reduce the benefit. The advertised 20-minute sunlight and 150-day battery figures are laboratory claims, not a guarantee for every home.
How does colour night vision work?
Select Spotlight Night Vision in the Baseus Security app. The spotlight provides illumination for colour footage. Black-and-white night vision is also available.
Is the night-time patrol graphic actual camera footage?
No. The coverage beams and movement paths in the manufacturer graphics are illustrations of the features. They should not be treated as recorded image-quality samples.

Return Eligibility
You can return items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
