The curved open-ring grip rests around your ear without sealing the canal. Soft air cushion contact points help make the fit comfortable for longer listening and movement.

Take your music on a walk, through a commute or into the workday while remaining more aware of surrounding sounds. XC1 is an open-ear design and does not provide active noise cancellation for listening.

Your voice, even when the day gets loud.
A four-microphone AI call system helps reduce background and wind noise for the person on the other end of your call. The call processing does not block surrounding sound from your own ears.
Move beyond fair weather.
IP66 dust and water resistance helps the earbuds handle sweat and rain. The charging case does not carry the IP66 rating.*

Choose XC1 for its hybrid sound engine, light open-ear fit, clear calls and everyday durability. If isolating yourself from outside noise is your priority, choose an ANC in-ear or over-ear model instead.

10.8 mm dynamic driver + Knowles balanced armature; Sound by Bose tuning; Dolby Audio; 20 Hz–40 kHz frequency response; SBC, AAC and LDAC. LDAC requires compatible Android hardware and activation in the Baseus App. iPhone uses supported Bluetooth codecs such as AAC.

Bluetooth 6.1; multipoint support. Approximately 8 hours per earbud charge at 50% volume and approximately 40 hours with the case under Baseus laboratory conditions. Actual results vary by settings and use.
Fit, calls and water resistance
Open-ear clip-on fit; zero-sense air cushions; four-microphone AI call processing; IP66-rated earbuds. The charging case is not IP66-rated. XC1 does not have listening ANC.

Battery figures are from Baseus laboratory testing at 50% volume with Bass Boost and Dolby Audio off. LDAC requires compatible Android devices and Baseus App activation. Product performance and fit vary by device and use.

Return and Refund Policy

Return Eligibility
You can return items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition: unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging and accessories included.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Note: Certain items, such as clearance products or personal hygiene items, may not be eligible for return. Please check with our customer support team before purchasing.
Return Process

- Approval: Our team will review your request and provide return authorization and instructions.
- Ship the Item: Return the product to the address provided, using a trackable shipping service. The return shipping cost will be at your expense unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- The refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
