Return Eligibility
You can return items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

I feel like we’ve all done it when you get home late and it’s suppose to be hair wash day but you can’t be bothered because washing and drying your hair will add another 30 mins to your routine and it’s just too much of a hassle. That was me, but now after owning my Laifen it’s not so much of a hassle because my hair drying time is more than halved. As you can see from the image I have thick long hair that falls to my waist so drying my hair is usually a whole job. I have timed myself with my previous hair dryer from Kmart and it took 20mins from damp to dry (not quite hairdresser dry but as close as I can get). I’ve also timed myself with the Laifen SE and it takes 7.5mins to get the same amount of dryness which is crazy to me!!! It’s also light, small and not so loud. My hair has a 2b wave pattern so when I dry my hair with my Kmart dryer it normally goes very frizzy but with the Laifen it reduces my overall frizz, it’s so great! I saw this product in a store and immediately had to purchase it I’ve got no regrets or even recommendations because I think it’s perfect.

Arrived promptly and packed nicely.
The hair dryer has a cool setting (that's the one I use) plus hot and hotter. There is a colour ring on the hair dryer indicating the heat setting.
Comes with 2 different nozzles. I don't use the diffuser but rather the straight nozzle.

Now about the product, I've heard only great things about this amazing product. Did my research and was concern about the low wattage, but my friend said Laifen is powerful enough (she got travel size). I decided to get Swift Special just to be sure I got the most powerful one. I was not disappointed at all!! It is light, powerful, lovely color (blue silver), easy to operate. Certainly way better than Dyson in terms of affordability and weight. I certainly hope Laifen will have more attachment like Dyson soon. Highly recommended product and seller :)

My best purchase, I loved this hair dryer! It leaves my hair softer and doesn't burn my ears, it's light, modern and of excellent quality.
